A rainy day for the first English Conversation of this season. ‘It’ s London weather’, says our new enthusiastic and dynamic host Caroline. She puts up the traditional English ‘pot of tea’, because honestly no drink is better suited on a cold rainy day. The pastries that are heating in the oven are, on the other hand, French : the traditional ‘Viennoiseries’, and although hesitant (Oh, all those calories😁…) everyone ‘digs’ in once the plate is put on the table. A lovely cosy morning chatting away, getting acquainted. A warm thank you for Caroline ! We genuinely look forward to the next session.

Culture Langue is an Association created in 1998 under the 1901 French Law run by enthusiastic volunteers.
All our activities are held in the tows halls of Divonne, Cessy, Gex and Prévessin or at a member's home. The aim of CL is to generate interest among different cultures through different activities such as language, heritage, literature and so on. All activities take place in an interesting and international environment and in lively surroundings thanks to pro-active members. Our members are mums with their children or not from different nationalities & walks of life. In 1998, a dozen Mums and their children from different nationalities started some activities, mainly meeting with the intention of getting to know each other and to do arts and crafts together. Nowadays the association boasts more that 120 members from 15 different nationalities and offer a range of activities with our without children in Cessy, Gex, Divonne and Ornex..
